Official Raffle Drawing Rules

Drawing Process

The Mt. Pleasant Education Foundation (MTPEF) raffle drawing for the 2025 Westlake High School Graduation tickets will be conducted on May 22, 2025 at 9:30 PM EDT. The drawing will be live streamed on mtpef.org.

The drawing will be conducted using a certified random selection process based on the total number of entries per participant. Each ticket purchased represents one entry into the drawing. The drawing will be supervised by at least two (2) MTPEF board members.

Note: While ticket numbers are assigned for tracking purposes, the winner selection is based on the total number of entries each person holds, not on specific ticket numbers. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected.

Please be aware that assigned ticket numbers are primarily for administrative and tracking purposes. In the event of system adjustments, data reconciliation, or unforeseen technical circumstances requiring correction, the specific numbers assigned to entries may be subject to change. Such potential changes do not alter the total number of entries credited to any participant nor impact their odds of winning, as the drawing relies on the count of entries, not the assigned sequential numbers.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase. Winners need not be present during the drawing to win.

In the event a user enters an incorrect email address, MTPEF will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. MTPED will try to content the winner via phone or text message if available. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the drawing, MTPEF reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Eligibility

All raffle tickets purchased prior to May 22, 2025 at 9:15 PM EDT are eligible for the drawing. There is no limit to the number of tickets that may be purchased by an individual, and each ticket has an equal chance of winning.

Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets are non-transferable once purchased. By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and agree to all raffle rules and regulations.

Prize Details & Acceptance

The grand prize consists of four (4) front row tickets and one (1) reserved parking space to the 2025 Westlake High School graduation ceremony.

Prizes must be claimed within fourteen (14) days from the date of the drawing notification. Winners may be required to present photo identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release form in order to claim their prize.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative or substitution. In the unlikely event that a prize becomes unavailable, MTPEF reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

General Conditions

By entering this raffle, participants agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of MTPEF, which are final and binding in all respects.

MTPEF reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the raffle.

MTPEF reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the raffle if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the raffle as determined by MTPEF in its sole discretion.
